Ways we can work together
Whether you come as an individual, as a couple or as a leader, our work begins by understanding where you have come from.
Therapy
Individual therapy
A steady, confidential space to work through anxiety, burnout, grief, identity questions and life transitions. Using inner child work and IoPT, we look for the source of what is troubling you, and tend to it there.
Relationships
Couples therapy
Understand the patterns that each of you carries into the relationship, learn to hear and be heard, and build a bond that holds both closeness and individuality.
Leaders
Leadership coaching
For executives and C-suite leaders working on personal presence, personal effectiveness and the wise use of self, so you can lead from a healthy centre rather than from exhaustion.
Groups
Speaking, training & organisations
Talks and workshops on trauma, diversity and interpersonal dynamics, and support for organisations seeking healthier human systems.
Getting started
What to expect
Say hello
Message me on WhatsApp or email, or book a time directly. There is no need to have it all figured out.
Your first session
I explain the stance I hold as your therapist or coach, answer your questions, and we map your family genogram together.
Mapping the work
From your genogram I read your functioning template, and we agree where the wounds and pain points are and where to begin.
Sessions
Session lengths
Choose the length that suits the work you want to do.
60 min
A focused session for steady, ongoing work.
90 min
Extra room for deeper work, such as genogram mapping and inner child work.
Billed by the time used, prorated from my hourly rate. If a session runs over, or finishes early, you pay only for the time used. Fees are shared when you get in touch.
